President

Ken Russell is President of GenSpring in Greenwich, CT. He oversees all operations and delivery of wealth management service to our client families throughout New England. Over the past 23 years, Ken has worked extensively with ultra high net worth entrepreneurs and wealthy families in such areas as asset allocation, investment policy creation, multi generational planning and the acquisition and financing of closely held businesses.

Ken is a former Managing Director of JPMorgan Chase, where he headed the Closely Held Business Group. He also created and managed the Professional Sports Finance Group for the Chase Manhattan Global Private Bank. His career has also included senior positions with Citigroup, Webster Financial Corporation, People's Bank and Irving Trust.

Ken received a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers College and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.

He is actively involved in many charitable and community causes throughout Connecticut, including serving on the board of the new Haven Symphony Orchestra and serving as a business mentor of Bridgeport based, Micro Credit Business, Inc.

 
Ralph Wyman
Chairman

Ralph Wyman, Chairman of the Greenwich GenSpring office, began his investment management career with Eagle Management Company. In 1960 he became managing partner and served as CEO of Eagle Capital International, LLC.

Born in Czechoslovakia, he attended school there, in England, Canada and then Bucknell University. He is a graduate of NYU, with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.

Ralph has volunteered his time to a variety of organizations over the years. He was a trustee of Princeton Theological Seminary from 1976 to 2001, when he became Trustee Emeritus. While on the Princeton board, he chaired the Finance and Investment committee and was Vice Chair of the Board from 1996 to 2001. Currently, he is a trustee of the Center for Theological Inquiry of Princeton, N.J. and serves on its finance committee.
